SALVADOR GLOBAL MANPOWER AGENCY OPC (SGMA) is a Philippine company organized as a One Person Corporation, founded with the vision of connecting Filipino talent with responsible overseas employers through ethical recruitment and meaningful, lasting partnerships.

We believe successful employment begins with understanding—the employer’s requirements, the worker’s aspirations and the conditions needed for both to succeed. Our guiding principles are integrity, transparent communication, accountability and malasakit: care for the dignity and welfare of others.

Our international outlook includes Japan, Canada, the Middle East and other potential destinations.
